Senior Erica Yohannes recorded the first triple-double for Penfield since 2000 with 21 points, 21 rebounds and 11 assists.
Yohannes had seven of her 11 assists in the second quarter, as Penfield outscored East 19-7 to pull away.
Yohannes also recorded 17 of her team's 31 defensive rebounds as part of her season-high 21 rebounds.
Yohannes now has 976 career points, going into Thursday's game against No. 2 Rush-Henrietta.
Junior Sarah Tranelli scored 11 of her 14 points in the second quarter and senior Jessica Harman had five assists and three steals to go with seven points for the Patriots (17-4).
Junior Lacey Coppage left the game in the second quarter with a knee injury and she is out for the rest of the season.
